Each Venue Rental includes use of our Common Guest Areas: Live Oak, Porches, Screened Gazebo, Mini "Barn", Lawn, Deck, Parlor, Dining Room, and Breakfast Area.
Offerings with Pricing...
Wedding Day with up to 160 guests... Mon-Thurs $3,000
Fri or Sun $3,800
Saturday $4,500

These base prices include 9 AM -10 PM Event Rental on the day of the wedding
Plus, Liberty House Representative day of event, tables and chairs for 160 guests, 2 hour Bridal or Engagement photography session (not photographer, just venue), as available, on scheduled date prior to wedding-Use of Inventory of Wedding Decor, Signs, and Supplies, ample parking and our Luxurious Comphy Spa Sheet set for the couple.
Time allowed includes time for set-up and clean-up.
These prices are for Venue Space Rental only and DO NOT include food, beverage, linens, decorations, overnight stays at the Inn, etc. (See add-ons.)
"Add-Ons" Available
-Rehearsal Time of 2 hours ahead of wedding day +$300
-Breakdown/Cleanup by our staff after event +$500 (except caterer-they clean up after themselves), this will be a required deposit and will be refunded if you clean you choose to breakdown and clean up yourselves afterwards.
-Overnight Package for one night, up to 12 guests in 6 guest rooms, including breakfast for overnight guests +$800 (fun for Bridal party!!)
-Assistance with Wedding Arrangement- Caterer, Rentals, Decor, overnight for bride and groom on Wedding Night, etc., +$ ask for pricing
